P90X - No weight lost?
Thanks so much for this advice! I noticed my t-shirts fitting better, and I felt great about myself! You are right that I should focus on this instead of just what the scale says. Smile

P90X - No weight lost?
I just finished my first week of P90X Lean with my best friend. I was more sore than I've ever been in my life! I pushed myself to my limit, and was pleased to sweat my buns off. So, understandably, I was expecting to see some results on the scale. WRONG. There was no change whatsoever! I'm kind of bummed and discouraged because I did more exercise this past week than ever in the past. Sad Has anyone else experienced this??
