Guidelines:
Most calories are consumed in our beverages-if you keep a log of what you drink you will be shocked that its wasted on beverages. Flavored water is great! Coke zero etc only if you drink soft drinks

On your home screen, on the far right, there is a column that says weigh in, diet calendar, ect. You log everything there. (however I'm using a mobile screen not a desk top so it may look a little ...
