Jillian Michaels DVD'S?
You should try Get Extremly Ripped by Jari Love. Its strength training along with cardio. Her videos are my favorite. They really get me sweating. I bought the video at one of the large bookstores (ie. borders) so u can start it today.

nursing and dieting
thanks for the suggestions. I have a few workout dvds that r great. (talk about working up a sweat!) but lately iv been too sluggish to workout. My plan will be to not worry so much about calorie intake and more about getting my workout in. thanks!

Am i not eating enough calories?
I have gone to a few web sites with calculators. Thanks for the suggestion. I am gonna up my cals to 1500 and see what happens. My boyfriend says iv been a bit cranky lately. I think my poor body is starving. Thanks for thehelp. Its frustrating because i am trying really hard.

Am i not eating enough calories?
i am 31 and weigh 120lbs. I am only 5ft so i am trying to loose another 10 lbs. i have been counting my calories. I have about a 600 calorie deficeit every day according to fatsecret. But i am wondering if maybe im not eating enough calories. I am a pretty active person. Between laundry, house cleaning, erands, grocery shopping, making dinner and lunches and outdoor work, i barley have tie to sit down.Plus, i ride a stationary bike for 30-40 min per day and lift free weights 3 to 4 times a wk. shud i try adding a few houndred calories? i am trying to avoid my body going into starvation mode.
