Bean & Sausage Soup

An incredibly hearty and delicious bean soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high 3 hours, turn down to low.
  3. Cook 6-8 hours or until beans are done.
  4. Serve with a dash (or 3!) of hot sauce and enjoy.
  5. Note: this keeps and freezes beautifully and is a great go-to lunch to take to work and/or perfect to cook in advance and pull out on nights when you don't feel like making dinner.

Looks good, but I've never seen or heard of "dried 15 bean soup mix" as I don't live in the US. Could you please suggest an alternative?
