i am 31 and weigh 120lbs. I am only 5ft so i am trying to loose another 10 lbs. i have been counting my calories. I have about a 600 calorie deficeit every day according to fatsecret. But i am wondering if maybe im not eating enough calories. I am a pretty active person. Between laundry, house cleaning, erands, grocery shopping, making dinner and lunches and outdoor work, i barley have tie to sit down.Plus, i ride a stationary bike for 30-40 min per day and lift free weights 3 to 4 times a wk. shud i try adding a few houndred calories? i am trying to avoid my body going into starvation mode.

Taking a quick glance at your diet calendar I would venture to guess you need more cals - maybe check one of the calculators over at LiveStrong?

Try this site:

It will give the amount of calories you need to sustain your weight - from there create the deficit that you require. Looks to me that 1500 would be a good target for you.

Good Luck!

Maybe switch it up a bit. There are different things to do. Have a off keto day, Eat high calories, and then later do some fasting.

What can I put in my coffee?
I'm trying to keep my sugars down, but love flavored coffee creamers. Any creative ideas for low-sugar things I can put in my coffee to sweeten it up?
