I use the meal planner on Atkins, but find rather than go into meals or product, I click on the search button on each day and put in the food I am going to eat. I find so many of the menus include a food or two that I would not eat on that meal. The menu plans also include more prepackaged meals than I use. So keying in each food and any dressings or oils seems to help. I also key in my meal for the whole week. This helps with shopping too. Good Luck, Smile

Hi All. I am so excited. We just got back last night after 16 days vacation in San Diego and Anaheim and I LOST half a pound. It may not seem like much, but we ate out in restaurants every meal, went thru Easter and waded thru all of the yummy booths at every theme park in southern California. AND I LOST! I didn't keep track of what I ate , but just ordered low carb meals, not eating bread and such. Also requesting no sauces on meals whenever possible and getting dressings on the side. It feels so good to know that I did it. Thanks ATKINS..

I feel so sad for you. And good that you have decided to see someone to talk to. But don't forsake taking care of your physical self. Sometimes just reading what others say will help you.
