I posted my thoughts, helped others and tried to offer support, and yet.................. I haven't gotten any response. Am I such a bad person??? or is it all just hype?? I came here looking for help in weight loss, yet............. got nothing. other then being able to see my progress, it's not a place to support others. well for most. But while I'm here I will..... Am i alone???

Low Calorie "filler foods"?
I use a bag of pre made salad mix. I just eat it out of the bag like potato chips, and the calorie count is almost nil.
