Pilates DVD recommendations
I've just started doing Pilates with "Leslie Sansone - You Can Do Pilates" and I like it a lot.

The DVD is made for people who haven't done Pilates before. It includes an instructional segment and two workouts. One workout uses basic mat exercises and the second workout does similar exercises, using a stretchy resistance band.

I ordered my copy on Amazon.com for under $5. http://www.amazon.com/Leslie-Sansone-You-Can-Pilates/dp/B0001DHSDS

Good Scale?
Hi Everyone-

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good bathroom scale? I currently have a digital one that is the "Thinner" brand. It has always been a bit crazy; you can step on 5 times in a row and get 5 different readings. I'm looking to by a new one that has consistent readings.

Thanks!
Jess

Akins Breakfast - Suggestions Needed
I've been microwaving a Morningstar Farms Veggie Burger with a little cheese on top for breakfast.

The veggie burgers are in the frozen food section of the grocery store. Here are are the stats:

10 grams protein
9 grams carb
3 grams fiber

Breakfast ideas
Atkins Breakfast Idea

This is similar to the breakfast quiche idea... I've been mixing (the egg beater equivalent of) 8 eggs, cheese, and vegetables in a 9x11 baking dish and baking at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes on Sunday night. Then I slice it into 6 servings and put each serving in an individual container. I grab one from the fridge every morning and heat it in the microwave for a minute or two.

You can mix it up and use different ingredients each time; some easy combos:

- Eggs, cubed ham, package of frozen broccoli, tomato, and cheddar
- Eggs, can of artichokes, package of frozen spinach, and cheddar
- Eggs, package of frozen spinach, and feta cheese

*It's also good with salsa on top*
