20% body fat by June 1.
I have been at 25% for years now. I started with the goal of becoming fitter and leaner. I am fit, just can't get down to the body fat I want to increase definition. :(

Great goal. Just keep working on it, one day at a time. Don't beat yourself up it you slip for a day or a week. Pick yourself up and get back on track. You can do this.

MY GOAL: By Dec. 26, 2017 is to lose 8 pounds. That's only one pound per week. So this isn't the most ambitious goal but sincerely hoping to reach it. Brisbee
