I am married to a wonderful man since July of 1997. We have two daughters. I like to garden and love the outdoors. My husband and I have a concrete construction company so I spend alot of time indoors in my home office. I want to exercise more, but need it to be FUN. Not boring ole regular routine stuff. :) My twin sister got me on this site, so hopefully we can work out together and be a motivation to each other to get fit and healthy.

Does anyone else feel like they are 'fake' losing weight?
I weigh myself every morning after I've been up for about an hour. Just to see my fluctuations. I think if I waited to weigh once a week, it would be that day I was higher in weight. blah. lol. I seem to lose weight all at once..I'll fluctuate, not see any difference, then all the sudden I'm losing weight daily, then back to plateau at the new weight. So I'm happy as long as I know I ate good and all. It takes some time, but I know every time I've lost weight it's not real noticeable to others until it's about 15-30lbs. I also hold my weight good, pretty much equally distributed all over. Plus some days I feel bigger than other days, and some times the other way around no matter what my weight is. To me, scale numbers are just a reference. lol

How to treat constipation naturally?
lol, well this was entertaining. I drink coffee in the morning and have no problems. Fiber One bars also. I must be immune, b/c I have a friend who told me she'd never eat my fiber bars again...lol. She had to go immediately. heehee Smile
I was going to mention my sis and her S.F. twizzlers...but she beat me to it.

Where are you?
I'm in Wilmer, Alabama. It's a small town west of Mobile. I'm about 15 minutes from Mississippi State Line. I love it! Quiet, Peaceful, and LOTS of nature!

Not Hungry..should i eat
I have got into the habit of having coffee for breakfast-lunch. Then by the time I have to cook dinner for my family, I am wanting to snack from around 3-6pm, then eating dinner. Not a good trend for me. I do better with 3 small meals, with 3 snacks in between. Roughly 30g carb, 5g fat per meal, 15g carb, and protein for snacks. It equals out to about 1300 calories a day and I don't have outrageous blood sugars. I did this for 3 months and lost 30lbs, my A1C went from a 9 to a 6. Perfect. But it's hard to keep up sometimes. So, I'm trying again.
