changed medication Actos to Onglyza...lets see if it helps. Racquetball still once a week. About to start Yoga today also. :)

SO far so good on week one of exercise. I didn't do anything yesterday and woke up to blood sugar of 150. Both days of racquetball this week made me wake up to bg of 92. So it seems I need about an hour of rigorous exercise everyday to keep it good. I was also able to eat banana's for breakfast, plus lunch, and a good dinner at night. I have managed to drink 32 oz of water everyday. Today I am going for a mile walk and the workout room at the gym. Hopefully Yoga tomorrow. :)

Day Two: Played racquetball again today for an hour. It feels so good to get into an exercise routine. Hopefully I can keep it up at least 4 to 5 days a week. :)

Been a min since I was last here...Had to increase my insulin up to 40units a day in the first week or so of Aug. See a shift upward in my weight. blahhh...hopefully in the next few weeks it will be looking alot better. I have a 3 month goal to be in better shape, down in weight and have an A1c of 7. Next dr visit on Dec. 13.

A1c 7.8 (It has been 8.7, and 8.1 in June)
