I love to read inspirational stories, especially older people who have regained their health and wellness.

BTW, when the 30 Day Vegan Challenge ends on Monday, I will be slowly incorporating more protein. I don't want any food to be off limits.

I didn't mean to sound like I was bragging. I am just so pleasantly surprised of the positive results from the vegan challenge.

We are so used to just seeing the number on the scale. There are other ways of seeing our successes

I'll take the bait. LOL

I have released more weight in one month than I have in months. I am almost finished with the 30 day Vegan Challenge.

I eat over my RDI almost all the time. I still eat high fat, tho I did cut out 2 TBSP of coconut oil each day so I can eat even more food.

Here are some of my results from this challenge: My skin is soft. Not as wrinkly when eating low carb. My hands look at least 20 yrs younger. OMG, where have the age spots gone from my hands and face?

After releasing 105 lbs total, my stomach does not sag. How is that possible since I don't do ab exercises? Matter of fact, I only walk once in a while these days.

How can this be? I am over 55. It's supposed to be difficult in regaining my health at this age.

I have enjoyed every moment of this journey. I feel the best I ever have, EVER!

So, scientists, please give a logical explanation to this?
