Enough preaching about me..

On keto, Instantly my blood pressure is normal and not having to take meds anymore. I'm not losing much because i have an autoimmune disorder that we are trying to get in check, and I had all my blood work checked and my hormones are extremely off. Just started new compounded meds to fix that. Progesterone, test, estrogen. I had ovaries removed 3 years ago which threw me off big time.

I'm looking to connect with other Keto/ carnivore intermittent fasting people to join me.
