Day 2
So far so good - No Cheats on either days. Feeling a bit tired with little energy, but I am assuming since I went nuts on sugar and carbs before I started the plan, my body is adjusting!
My Workouts may be a bit off and a bit less :( But I will pick it up once my body has fully adjusted)
Wedding Dress fitting in October - So I have to get this shit done!!

That is the best feeling ever looking at your wedding pics and feeling good about the weight you have lost . I love looking at my wedding pics but not my hubby because he is/ was overweight , that was his wakeup call our wedding pics since then he has lost about 22Kgs said he never ever wants to look like that anymore.

I am so scared of looking at my wedding pictures one day and looking fat , a bloated tummy, a double chin, fat arms ... I am so afraid! And I don't want to hate myself or feel fat on that day! I don't want my weight to be an issue on the happiest day of my life ! Well done to your hubby - It does not matter when you get a wake up call about your health and weight - as long as you get it andtry to fix it! All that matters!

chiiiiiiiill :) easy buzz take watever you can off....dnt expect anything because if you expect anything then u allow for disappointment, also watever u do lose yeeeeeeeah good on ta but watever u dont, its ok dont stress :) love you and your body for who and wat they are and trust me you'll be a happier person and it will make ur day alot more special

Yes I do, but I don't just want to lose weight, I want to firm up and to have a full body "Make Over" takes up to 12 weeks ! If you eat clean and exercise ! So I don't have that much time

Yep - creating a lifestyle I can stick to and live with moderation! But I will do it ! I've done it before and I've never been this heavy or big - so my body will enjoy going back to normal with some improvements!
