Happy Humpday all!
Hope it's going well this week!
I've picked up and seem to be doing better for now - so next step is to keep it up!
One thing I've found works well for me right now is if I want something or have something - I have half! What helps is when I get a Moccochino from the machine at work, I pour half out before I start drinking - then I don't need to force myself to stop halfway! And with other things I make sure to give my Fiancee the other half! If temptation can't be eliminated completely then try to reduce the damage :)

Yesterday... Blooper !
Today - Good eating day so far, giving myself off from gym this week - just can NOT get up in the morning and I decided I will take this rest week and focus on my eating (Tend to eat better when I don't exercise since I feel too guilty to cheat) Maybe this will get my mind into a healthier space!

I really need to clean up my eating!
Other than that, starting with a new exercise program on Monday to incorporate more compound exercises & Cardio... Hopefully that will help things along!
Also started using Herbex tabs today , I know there is no miracle pill / solution, but trying something to just help things along is not a crime... So here's to hoping.
Need to remember to take pics / Measurements etc when I start so I can actually monitor this time!
PS: Go look at my Cookbook if you can! Created amazing Muffins last night! No Sugar, No Butter, No White Flours - Healthy and I can promise you it's much better than any "Healthy" muffin at a Restaurant! To top it off, tastes like Banana Bread!!!

So I got on that pesky scale yesterday... did the math and realised I gained 6 Kilo's in less than a year !!
SO I set myself a small goal for next week... and I WILL reach it!And then I will set another and another... This business of being closer to 70 than to 60 is no longer working for me!
