Day 3

Still so far so good !
Headache and tired feeling gone, so let's hope my body is adjusting!

Having some bloat issues but I think I know the cause of that so not a problem!

Overall not having too bad of a time staying on track! Cravings are few - mainly when I wait too long between meals and also sometimes after lunch :( But they're not unbearable!

Just saw all these pics of yummy things on Pinterest So I grabbed my smoothie from the fridge and started sipping! Thank you... I have to keep that Dress in mind !! How have you been doing?

Hi there. My two cents. I've seen over the past few months how you struggle with food and I can relate. However I found something that has worked wonders for me and I am now thinner than what I was before I had my baby. My baby is 8months old and I have lost 25kgs. No gym. Download My fitness pal application on your smart phone and use it, it works. X

I'm doing pretty good. I took a little break from balanced eating but I'm ready to make some progress and finish the year nicely. It's only 3 months. I'm mentally ready to wear the next pants size down but not physically. :)

@Chica - if your mind is there then according to me you are already well on your way!! as they say - weight loss is a mental thing even more than a physical thing!! You can most certainly do it :)

@DK902 - I have tried MFP but I don't really like it ! It's not really user friendly for me? I am currently on a 1200 cal eating plan given to me by a professional - sticking to it and it's not too hard thus far ! But thanks for the advice and well done on your achievement! That's amazing !
