Howdy! I'm new to this so I'm just starting to find my way around.
Anyways, I used to be a fairly thin girl growing up; staying active by playing sports and being outside or in the water all the time. Once I hit the end of middle school and beginning of high school, I started to relax a little bit and slowly the weight packed on. I then signed up for an international co-op and was placed in Paraguay, South America where I lost 30 lbs and weighed 150 lbs. But that was about 3 years ago. Now I'm at my all time high again of 176 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to do something about this!

I'm basically going to try to eat healthy and workout as much as possible.

Needing a Push
Hey everybody... I'm 21 years old looking to lose about 60 lbs!!!!!Shock
I have a little bit of trouble getting motivated and staying motivated and my BIGGEST flaw when it comes to trying to be healthy is staying on the healthy food track..
I have this really bad habit of eating really late at night and I never get enough sleep Crying or Very sad
i'm looking for some buddies to help eachother stay motivated and on track and to share advice!!

PLEASE help!!

but my goal is a bit more than yours... because i'm so short I should be weighing about 115 so ive got about 60 lbs to go..
but we can still motivate each other!! are you a member of a gym at all?
