Christmas Party clothes
I am a beadaholic. WWWAAAHHH My hands are caving in and it is hard for me to do but I still love it. Was just fondling some beads today. LOL Trying to clean up my act=studio. Keeps me out of the kitchen.

Why have I LOST MY APPETITE!!????
I have this happen to me too. Maybe it is my stomach shrinking from lowering the amounts of food I eat. I do weigh my food if I am not sure of the proper amounts. After awhile your eye gets trained for amounts.

What I have been doing to up my food is eating a string cheese stick. That helps and I can usually get one down easily. I do not have an eating disorder. I love to eat. I am just not as hungry. I need to fix my RDI setting and do not know how.1900 is way too much for me to try to eat.

Did anyone count calories on Thanksgiving?
I counted and feel I did pretty well. I had a bite or two of everything. I left the table feeling satisfied but not stuffed. I really did not want any more. The pumpkin muffin was wonderful but high calorie. I left half the batch at our friends house and will put the rest here in the freezer. We do not do Christmas much so no worry there.

New to site and in need of buddies
Sunnydays it sounds like you made some good choices. I think for me the most important thing is never deprive yourself totally from something. Just a little bite or two and not every day. Today was a special family day. It is good you enjoyed it. It is good you were more conscious of what you were eating. Remember this is a change a little at a time will get you further than being too strict to the point it becomes unbearable. My weight has gone off painfully slow but I have not had any yoyo with my weight. When a pound or two is gone it stays gone. I am rarely even hungry and it takes very little to satisfy me. Hang in there you did really well.
