Question about the "net" cal amt in Diet Calendar
I've been using FS since mid March and the calorie count is a bit confusing. When I entered my stats initially it told me I needed to intake way more calories than I thought I should so I adjusted it to reflect a 1450 intake of calories and as long as I don't go over that and exercise so that I'm in the neg on my diet calendar I'm good. Hope this helps ;0)

Insanity
My husband and I are currently working out to the insanity videos, I love the intensity of the work out and it feels good to know that I'm really getting a work out in. I'm following the program somewhat but I only care that I'm working out. I also have had a hard time tracking the calorie burn for this workout, I use the running fast and heavy calisthenics for the push ups portion of the work out. To jlscalese, yeah your neighbors probably wouldn't like that very much. LOL

Hello! I am new to this website and I'm having difficulty with the exercise log. Do I really need to account for 24hrs of my day? Why can't I just enter my workout and that be it? Can someone help me.
