Starting a new workout routine, Turbo Fire. It's very intense & high energy, love the music that accompanies it. I'm excited about it, let's see if it helps me lose the last 10 pounds that I'm aiming for, wish me luck! ;0) here we go!!

Ok, I've been on & off the wagon for the last 2months! Not feeling good about it at all. I had several stressful events going on, one of them being a move.....it was very emotional for me and made me depressed and so I didn't exercise and made bad food choices, not everyday but several. We're now in Oct and I need to get back on track and do this for myself! Being healthy makes everything else fall back into place. Huge mind set change needs to happen again..... =/ not an easy task at all. Baby steps...I've got to do this for ME! Wish me luck my FS friends in crime. I hope everyone is having a great day.
