Did a happy dance right on the scale!! And my waist and belly button measurements both went down an inch in the last week. I think I was dealing with some hormone water retention. Hope the scale continues downward.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
