I am a 5'6", 58 yr old Cali Lady, married to a wonderful man, 2 Daughters & 1 Son, and 8 grandkidlings. Worked for State Parks over 28 yrs. Now I enjoy listening to all kinds of music, RVing and boating, fishing, hiking, swimming, mountain trips to Yosemite and the Sequoias, offroading in the SoCal deserts, and never get enough of going to the beaches between San Francisco and Santa Cruz, attending concerts, and traveling abroad. Most of all, I love snuggling with my husband and seeing my family as much as possible, especially my gkids that spend holidays with us, and of course having my life long best friends.

So glad that I found Fatsecret some years back. All of you have been so supportive and inspiring. I couldn't have lost this weight without you!

Hi, I looked at your one food journal entry and it looks like you need to increase your fat to 75-80%. There is a lot of good info on the diet doctor and keto connect. I too was low carbing several years ago successfully, losing 85lbs, of course after 2 1/2 years and a 4 month stall, I changed the way I ate and slowly gained most of it back. I am 58 and it has been slow going for me too. I wish you the best.
