I have been eating solid food this week. Not that much to explain why the scale is going up, up, up.

Well, I plan to run the next 4 days and keep my carbs down. Very little water has moved, so I know that accounts for at least 5 pounds (2.27 kg), however, I *am* fatter.

Perhaps it’s a β€˜winter’ thing.

2 pounds isn't a bad to be eating solid foods when your body is probably used to you mostly having a liquid diet except for weekends. For me, it would be 7 pounds.
