i have reached my 2nd and last goal of 160.. im actually 158 today.. i had gastric sleeve one yr. ago.. i am so thankful for having this tool... yes, it is a tool, not a cure and by no means was it the easy way out, i worked and earned every pound lost... best decision i ever made <3

158.0 lb Lost so far: 196.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
