So embarrassed to have to do this post. I have been off diet for about 2 months. I have gotten back into my old lifestyle of drinking, staying up late and eating junk food. I thought I could balance it out with only doing it a few nights but then I started making excuses for myself like “you had a bad day” or “it’s just for the chiefs game” it got to a point where I had an excuse every day to drink and eat some wings or pizza and drinking sodas as my source of caffeine to get going. Time to come back and basically start over. Got to get committed to me again.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back - no need to be embarrassed - we have all done it! The most important thing is that you are going to start again!! It must be hard being a chef and being around great food all the time - hang in there - you can do it because you are worth it!
