It takes 8 weeks to see your body change. Keep going!
This is a great message, thank you for posting! Things ARE happening inside our bodies and we don't always realize it. 8 weeks seems like a long commitment too, thank you for suggesting pictures. I learned to put on clothes I like for those pics, that way I didn't hate to look at myself so much because I knew I felt good that day.

Gastric Bypass Regain
Ive not had this surgery but have a close friend who has, and she has the same struggles. I try and keep up and offer her advice and support instead of just agreeing & shaking my head and not really knowing what she is going through.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
As often as I can, i use the scale in the gym at work. I have a health coach at work (very lucky to be at this company)and she recomends weekly; yet my friend is doing N o o m and they have a daily weigh in for her. you dont want to drive yourself crazy with it, otherwise do it asmuch as you want to.

Dry January
I have been doing Dry January, following on FB. I am at day 21 today and i feel betterthan i have in a long long time. It took 8 days for the tingling in my fett to go away, and the bloat that i carried every day is gone. I finally have weight loss after many months of noting. I am going for the dry 100 now. I but alcohol free (AF) beer and wine and when i go out i carry some with me for when temptation strikes. So far it has been so easy. good luck to all who accept this challenge, I have tried it before and it was never easy. This time.....super easy because i feel so great!

Need some help on this one! Any advise
Save your money. If you want a tea detox plan, add more tea to yor diet.
on a different tea note -
My Dr. has me taking the Tazo passion fruit tea, making several tea bags into a concentrate (put in a go container or water bottle). When i go out i drink water from a wine glass and add some tea concentrate. Looks like wine, and if i dont tell, people usually dont even catch on.
