Started eating healthy, along with my husband, in October 2017. Finally made the commitment to slim down, now that we are retired. First time actually eating for nutritional value and not solely because food tastes good. I have Fibromyalgia, so exercising can be a bit tricky.

Update - 7/18/2018
I am now on a balanced macros/CICO WOE. Just recently was able to get those numbers right, so seeing if and/or how I will need to adjust. I do better when not eating the white stuff, due to the inflammation they cause. I have fibromyalgia and few years back had breast cancer, so eating for good health is important.

Update - 1/3/2020
Stayed at same weight, pretty much, for 2019. Lowered goal weight by 10 pounds. Going to work on increasing activity and hopefully build some muscle.
