Started eating healthy, along with my husband, in October 2017. Finally made the commitment to slim down, now that we are retired. First time actually eating for nutritional value and not solely because food tastes good. I have Fibromyalgia, so exercising can be a bit tricky. We started off with a supplement program and after the initial week have adjusted the program, as far as which supplements we've stay with and eating Keto. Not super strict, but still keeping with the low carbs. I'm halfway to my goal and for the first time in years, I'm feeling good!

Update - 7/18/2018
So, not on Keto anymore. I wasn't getting enough nutrients, because I wasn't following the plan correctly. I am now on a balanced macros/CICO WOE. Just recently was able to get those numbers right, so seeing if and/or how I will need to adjust those numbers in order to lose the next 20 lbs. I do plan on using some of the keto recipes I have collected, mostly for desserts, so I can keep down the sugar and refined carbs. I do better when not eating the white stuff, due to the inflammation they cause. I have fibromyalgia and few years back had breast cancer, so eating for good health is important.

I love this Fat Secret app and especially this community.
