I forgot that I had a business lunch today so here’s what I ate. They offered a nice piece of chicken, some asparagus and some mashed potatoes hidden underneath. Of course, the potatoes stayed on the plate! Wonderful bread pre-dinner and cookies post-dinner also were passed around to the other attendees!

Wow that looks so good. Mashed potatoes are my weakness. I wouldn’t have been able to leave them I’m afraid. Good job!
