Walking lunges with almost 30 pound daughter on my shoulders. Also today I did reverse crunches while lifting her up with my legs. Can’t believe how much stronger I am than last year. If I can do it you can too.

She says weeee!!! She thinks I’m a jungle gym to play on. Last year I could barely do a sit up and I had trouble walking up the stairs or around the mall without being out of breath or my feet tingling.
