Practiced for my up coming 5k. Took about 43 mins to do 3.2 miles parts of it I walked with my friends 4year old son and parts I jogged. Running is not my thing so if I can do it in under 45 mins on Saturday I’ll be happy. Under 35 and I’ll be ecstatic. It was cold and windy today but I did it anyway because who knows what the weather will be like Saturday morning.

I like your drive, and anytime will be way better than those with no time. Personal achievements are always the best rewards. You know who your doing it for and nothing else matters. Cheering you on.

Just wanted to say how amazing you are!! Reading through your posts reminds me so much of myself, it's nice to know others feel the same (albeit crazy) way! It takes some getting used to that's for sure. I first looked at your before and after and thought Wow stunning!! After reading through posts I realise we are both about the same weight wise (im 160cm and my goal is 68kg which is still above normal bmi but actually obtainable) and had weight to lose in the same places - calves, thighs & chunky arms (they are the worst.. still at 14inches!) You have helped me put things into perspective and realise I actually am happy with what I've achieved (still working on the arms) Advice is welcome lol Well done on your journey & THANKYOU!

Deez1987 My arms are still 14” too. I’m doing more push ups and trying to do pull ups. I started lifting 10-15 pounds dumbbells instead of doing 5-8lbs. My thighs have a lot more definition. My stomach is getting flatter. I do calve raises. I try to do girl push ups at the bottom of my burpees when we do them with my group. It will take time. Challenges seem to help me. Google 30 day challenge squat or something like that and they help. I’ll post a few I’ve done here too.

Did it in 30 min 14 sec. honestly I think they mapped it a little short but I did it and I only walked very little I jogged almost the whole thing.
