347am....gooood monday morning...joined operah in her 21 day meditation...today is day one..but first i gotta go an get my morning ride/workout with zwift..lol..get them endorphines running wild..get this day started out right...only way to start your day is get your workout over with ..just seems to start the day out right.

morning ride on zwift...18.58 miles...1:18 time...legs was tired today..i could tell when i was riding..not alotta get up an go..but any miles better then none..got the endorphines running wild thru body..got day started out right..

was up at 3am..to listen to joseph clough..ive started listening to him to reinforce what i want to accomplish..i already want it..but sometimes i fail to stick to a plan thats worked for me..so reinforcing what i want..seems to help..he talks about saying no to the junk food an exercising...all the things i am striving to improve on..

also gonna listen to O today..and do the 21 day meditation...really feeling good about everything for a change..feel like im back in control of it all..

a great feeling for a change...

Something ive noticed...when I workout..and sweat...i no longer smell...must be the change of woe...i know you all need to stand upwind...no impurities in my body to cause the sweat to smell

Good afternoon Mike glad your back and focused! Internet is sporadic at best lol waiting for the weather to see if we can push Futher north into New England they were predicting another storm for Wednesday, no say it aint so! No snow tire on the motorhome lol
