Retta Smith's Journal, 16 January 2018

Hello and good afternoon everyone, I started my day with a big breakfast that consist of bacon, scramble eggs, with diced red onion, sliced mushrooms, and shredded cheese with a mug of coffee with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil in it and 2.5 spoon of Splenda, and about 20 minutes after I had eaten, I got my morning workout in, first I did a Walk Away The Pounds Video for 15 minutes, and did a 30 minutes exercise bike program, and was sweating hard, we got more snow here (Memphis, Tennessee) so I'm in the house until it's gone, so I might as well make the best of it, so how is you guys day going?

Retta sounds like you are having a great day. I am waiting for snow here in Maryland. I ate well today - mushroom, ham, Monterrey jack cheese omelette this morning. Tuna salad with boiled eggs, cucumbers, cauliflower, onions, 2 tablespoons of dressing for lunch. Dinner was a glass of red wine, ground turkey burger between two slices of tomatoes and lots of water all day. Excited down 2.2 lbs on Day 2. Now I am going to sit on my hopper ball (hoppity hop) and bounce while I am on the computer. So much fun.
