Greetings, my Best Buddies:
I hope everyone is doing well. I am working very hard to try to meet my June 10 weigh-in goal, and reducing my waist circumference!
Deadlift two 40lb dumbbells (80lbs), pyramid reps, 8 sets
I already am planning my food for the Holiday weekend. We will go to our friend's cabin on a lake in northern Minnesota - a truly gorgeous area . I will bring everything for my Bulletproof Coffee, and my lunch egg wraps. I will have grilled meat, fish and chicken for the two evening meals. Hopefully, not too many treats...my friend's wife is health conscious so we do well together.

Have a great weekend vacation! I have a question about lunch egg wraps, do you make your own? Do you have a recipe to share for that?

Yay Minnesota!!! I LOVE YOUR GOAL OF RED PANTS BY THE FOURTH OF JULY. I going to copy you and make that a goal too. I can't wear a red top, the color doesn't look good for my skin tone, but red pants will rock my ensemble. When we spent time on Lake Bemidji, we would grill kabobs which we thought was the perfect vacay food. You have inspired me! Thanks! I will be thinking of you this weekend when I am grilling in Steele, North Dakota. and on the 4th of July in red, white, and blue.

LOL @ Jimmiepop - well, I bought red jeans/pants at a resale shop and the tag said "size 14" but when I got them home I realized they had been washed and dried so many times they were shrunken down. They have been my nemesis for a while! I can button and zip them but they are tight around the waist!
|
@Eidetiker: I buy Paleo Wraps at Whole Foods - they are low carb and made from coconut. I use two slices of uncured bacon, avocado and hot sauce, then top it with scrambled eggs. Wrap and eat! I love it and eat one almost daily - yummy fat, protein and low carb! When I eat one, I am not hungry again for over six hours!

Good work on that, HCB! You really do a great job with it.

@Rockies! I know, the Red Sox are just on a roll right now - they often slump at the All-star break though...

@HCB That sounds delicious! I'll have to try it :)
