Hey, as of last year, 2017, I am 61 years old, wife, mother of three-34 year old son, 32 year old daughter, and 18 year old great niece, and the best grandson who is 5. I work. I am eating to be healthy, to feel better, and be able to move more. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 4 chickens.

a day of weakness
That is the key! Right back to it! I guess I do. I don’t eat until noon, and I eat before 6 pm. I never go an entire day or days, but there are people who do.

The Jlo to Hoda 10 day no carb challenge
So I have challenged 4 people to this. It is different from the Jlo/Hoda gig. We can have caffeine, I put that right back in, my drug of choice is coffee, I admit it is an addiction. As far as no carb or low carb, my suggestion is LESS carb. For my daughter, I suggested more vegetables, except for potatoes, corn, and peas, no sugar, and no flour. For her guy, just giving up Pepsi will be his challenge. He eats pretty healthy otherwise, but no after supper snacking either. My 2 co-worker that I challenged, I didn’t give them any rules, just the challenge. They will figure it out. I checked out the “floss”. I have my work cut out for me, I was doing it all wrong.

You Know?
What works best for me, is to go low carb and eat higher fat. Reduces the craves. When I first start, I eat quite a bit of protein and as my cravings lesson, I reduce the protein (in about 3 days). I still think about food, but I am able to control my eating. Food doesn't really taste as good without the carbs. Smile
