I am a 25 year old female that's been in the overweight category as long as I can remember. Recently, a friend of mine had been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and I know for sure he eats better and exercises more frequently than I do.

Then I hit the heaviest I've ever been in my life. 156 lbs. I know that may not seem like a lot to some people, but for a short (5') Asian that is a lot. My goal is to get into the normal weight range, which would be 94.5 lbs - 127.5 lbs.

I've counted calories for a month around March - April 2015 at around 1,300 kcal. I was hungry all the time and my weight never went below 149 lbs.

This go around I figured I would try the Ketogenic diet, since I've heard a lot about it. It's been working out for me so far :).
