Cholesterol question
Do you have high blood cholesterol? I could be wrong, but from the studies I've read, it seems that dietary cholesterol doesn't have an impact on your blood cholesterol IF you don't already have high cholesterol. It seems that only certain people are susceptible to increase their blood cholesterol from dietary sources.

Moral of the story, unless you're doctor has told you to avoid foods with cholesterol, don't worry about it. I eat eggs by the dozen and have really really low cholesterol.

Can someone advise me about eating more fat?
Fat doesn't make you fat, only a surplus of calories will do that. What's your target? Where are you at and where do you need to be? Adding fat to meals helps you feel full as well, which helps you eat less overall.

When I need more fat to reach my macros, I add in an ounce of raw almonds as a snack, or incorporate cheese into a meal. Sauteing veggies in a little bit of olive oil is always a good choice as well. Whole eggs are another option

cook book
The only way I can access it on my phone is by clicking a meal to log food, and then scrolling over on the top to "Cook Book". Then you can click your recipe and see the details of that recipe.

Looking for Buddies?
Ugh, please tell me you aren't trying to use this as a platform to sell shakeology and that pyramid scheme stuff.

Want loos 25Lbs
Cut off a leg? Other than that, you're out of luck. If you want to drop some water-weight along with a few (2-3) lbs of fat, you can do a keto diet.
