You have claimed, repeatedly, that the VLCD is intrinsically dangerous. It is not. Period.

Go back to school. You are presenting the most rudimentary of straw man arguments without citing anything specifically that I said.

What I, correctly, took issue with was your characterization of the VLCD as intrinsically "dangerous." It is not. Your beloved Lyle McDonald even wrote a book on how to execute it safely. Perhaps a read would be in order.
