you guys!!! I know I've reached my journal limit for today but i had to share....i just jogged around the block!!!!!! I've been curious about running out doors due to the fact that it's cardio you can easily do anywhere anytime with zero gear..but running is very hard for me...but i just did that!!! i did it!!! i did it!!! i feel it in my bones that this is the beginning of something so good!!! <3

Good job! The reason I like running is that I create a really good playlist to listen to while running. Without the music I wouldn't run at all.

Great job! I hate running but it does give me a good feeling when I can run some or longer than I expect. If you enjoy it then it would be great cardio!
