Feeling perky today. Woke up like normal around 1am and when I went back to sleep kept waiting for that bed shaking. for whatever reason, I was thrilled when for 10 minutes there were no violent twitching from my husband. If this continues then and only then will I accept that the soap is doing something! Amazing if it does.

I don't think my husband gets enough protein and last night he had steak so the improvement to his diet might be a factor for his easier sleeping too. He is starting his new make his own dinner routine today. he seems to think I make too much food for him. he will be bumming if he smells my short ribs when he gets home, if there is any left! LOL! see how long this lasts. I eat twice as much as he does just no veggies.

so far eating more calories with no exercise at the higher fat % is working just fine. my average calories is going to be quite high this week with so far no weight gain. It is nice to be able to eat again! keep to my plan and enjoy a little life!

I think in the future once I get smaller I will have to do what you are doing. I will likely not try to stick with 20 carbs but rather with measuring amounts and see how it goes- Great news on your husband. Mine snores incredibly load but I have learned to sleep through it for the most part

My hubby drops off to sleep almost instantly. I have to listen to my audiobook for a while. But he wakes up early, like 5 am and can't go back to sleep. After he gets up I sleep really well! Different body rhythms!

Liv I am pretty much zero carb most of the time and on keto or carnivore if you have your macro's correct for your body's needs you can fully take advantage of your calories. one of my problems are the inflammation I get from incorrect foods and clean those out and I can eat a little more freely. I don't think I will get away with too much but just a 100 to 200 calories over is nice. I will have to start back exercising soon, but I did want to test clean.

Keilin I have always eaten more than my husband, he just eats crap and has a big waist these days. but at almost 70 he is not going to change and I will not push him. He runs around all day at work and it is amazing how little he eats. I say little things to him about his protein but that is about as far as I can go. Very touchy about things.

Ah Texasgranny I am up at the crack of dawn now a days, no more late sleeping for me. Sometimes it is a shock for me to sleep in until 4am

Sounds like a great night so you can have a great day! One usually follows the other. So happy you are able to eat more and enjoy it - you deserve it after all the things you have been going through with food!
