thought I would check in. My son finally closed on his house and the work is just beginning. Lots of electric work getting done so I am running back and forth to let him in. wish he would just put a couple full days in and get the darn thing done already. keeping very busy with the fish business too. I am trying to download and then reduce the size of the fish rooms to eventually shut down. I truly am tired of it and ready to just enjoy my time.
Got all my labwork in from the new doctor and not surprising I am in need of some hormone support. My gyno tried to get me on progesterone about a decade ago and I just don't tolerate it well. I tried the natural one and same effect so we are trying the cream which is more tolerable. I have my regular estrogen cream back though my insurance won't pay for it and a testosterone cream. hopefully I will tolerate the progesterone to help balance things. not ideal to take estrogen without balance. I have been taking my thyroid med and no longer cold in the morning I have not noticed anything else so I guess that is a good thing. Pretty much staying stable on the weight thing I gained a few pounds and staying in the 132 to 134 range and I am good with that right now. from the stress of my son's property deal I was drinking too much coffee and that really fires up my worn out system. with the new suppliments I am slowly getting control of that bad habit, don't want or need it in the morning any more. it will be nice once I get over that addiction!

Things are finally slowing down with my son's house research, it is a messy business and we finally accepted the contract with a little tweek last Friday.

My body is changing again and honestly it is a pleasant change to not have to eat a ton of salt and drink a ton of water. I am more emotional and more easy to rock my boat lately, but glad I don't wake up in the middle of the night feeling dehydrated.

I am pretty much eating or overeating to my pleasure. the 8 pounds I gained from carbing out in the last experiment is coming off slowly but it is coming off.

I have not been logging here because it is a pain to try to get meat accurate so I just use my other site. I average between 1600 and 2000 calories daily. I eat when I am hungry and when I am stressed. As long as I stick to the carnivore of beef, beef fat and water things stay pretty stable.

I am relearning to eat and not worry about everything I put in my mouth or run to my exercise machine when I do go over what I think should be my RDI. that has been my biggest challenge. Still no exercise but my daily normal work load around the fish room.

I will be seeing the new doctor Wednesday and see what idea's he has about how to fix my food sensitivities if it can be done. and I will tell him about this recent change. life is interesting to say the least.

Hi everyone, I am alive and still kicking. Been busy figuring out things and handling a real estate transaction for my son and daughter in law. Heck on wheels as they are clueless and stuck on buying a property that really is out of what their price range should be. but it is a good investment either way.

If they get the deal, I will be selling my other home they have been renting and that will ease up some financial stress for me. that would be great!

I gained weight and got up to 138 on my testing carbs and am back down to 134 today but not in ketosis yet, been overeating protein and honestly don't worry about much of anything. Letting things go as they will.

I am feeling much better and can't wait until I get to try out the new doctor next month. Went to the farmers market and going to try a new grassfed beef supplier. a bit pricy but if I handle their meat I will buy a larger order and he will greatly discount the price.
