I planned not to work out today but I ended up with a bad histamine reaction to leftover beef so this afternoon I decided to work. maybe tomarrow I will have my day of rest. I did readings today but they could be off because of this response so I am stopping poking my finger. had enough. after my 5 hour it was fine 2 couple hours later but when I had more it dropped but I also had some food in me. which I had the reaction to. It may have a lesser effect if I don't eat though. which has been hard lately to even wait until 5am. woke up early again but decent time 3am. almost felt like a cramp which is something I thought was gone or at least faded away. Yesterday I felt like salt and did not take it, so today I did, maybe I wasn't listening so my calves gave me a wake up call. LOL!
I ran to sam's club to pick up a roast and ended up feeling weak and almost dizzy. like a low glucose reaction. it was really odd. lost my car for a while too. but I got my regular rib eyes and hoping they did not pick up anything to cause me a problem when he was cutting it. I may have to invest in a good knife to cut my own! hoping for a better day tomarrow

For a week or two I dialed down salting of food, and got into a similar state. Went back to a good layer of salt and feel more on top of things. Noticed it well when cycling. With low salt, I frequently got weak during the ride, and the fix was to drink water frequently. Now when I am better salted, I can do a strong session without drinking water. Apart from that, dizziness seems gone with adequate salt. Keeping an eye on our body saltiness seems to be part of this high exercise + low carb lifestyle, as far as I can tell at this point.

yes most days I don't need it, but yesterday my body was talking and I did not listen. it is funny how in tune we get when we feel normal. I tried chicken livers today and those my body liked. I may have to add them once or twice a week. small dose of them but still it was very satisfying

When that happens do you bloat?. I made an error and ate a yeast product and I swelled tremedously... uncomfortable.

worked hard all day yesterday Texasgranny so it was not a bad day, just a very draining one!

Alnona I am bloated just about all the time in the belly area any time I eat. nothing painful. when I eat things I am not supposed to because of sensitivities or allergies, it comes with a ton of different symptoms depending on the item. chest congestion and busy bathroom time are just a couple of them
