I am a proud mother of three young men and proud step-mother of three wonderful young adults. I love to write, cook, read and until now eat.
Recent events in my life (my husband came back into my life), have steered me to Fat Secret and OA thank the Lord for both. I have always set goals that others approved of, this time I am in control of my food and my life.
I am actually looking forward to the obstacles ahead.

What is ur opinion about my workout schedule & diet?
You are squeezing a lot in at one time. Don't hurt yourself. The caloric values look great. Keep up the good fight!!!!!!
