Grew up in a bread, milk and potato country. Have since learned about Ketogenic Lifestyle and Intermittent Fasting, and feel grateful!

Lost most of my weight by doing one meal a day on a salad/vegetable rich Keto. I had my meal at breakfast time.

Have since expanded my eating window from breakfast to around noon. Have become so used to it that I eat like this now in maintenance too. It should help tightening up that last bit of surplus skin.

I'm pretty much a carnivore these days Found a big improvement in well being with little to none vegetables. Have become very sceptical to foods from the plant kingdom. Occasionally try fruit like no-sweet vegetables, remove skin and seeds and pressure steam soft. Feel comfortable with frozen kiwi slices and an occasional young coconut. Otherwise, still study vegetables to see what I may try next. The body is the judge.

Learned to eat liver, kidney, spleen and bone marrow for nutritional enrichment.

What would you tell your 16 year old self?
I'd say;
1. Get digestion and intestines squeaky clean.
2. Do fresh natural fat as fuel source, with vegetables.
3. Cook and eat as those who lived before the industrial revolution.
