Day 3 of a planned 4 day sub 1000 calorie food intake to break this plateau.

Mon: Fat 43.99 - Net Carbs 107.61 Protein 19.2 - Calories 926
Tue: Fat 50.00 - Net Carbs 13.00 Protein 48.0 - Calories 874
Wed & Thu: Not started

Insomnia kicking my but. Water heater replaced but foundation to the house not sealed properly and water seeping in.

Doing my best to stay strong.

I WILL NOT QUIT. I AM A FAT SECRET WARRIOR.

Looks good! I hope you stay committed to the current plan to see how it works. Sorry to hear about the stressful stuff. Running is what I need to do (otherwise I WILL eat).

Thanks @adefwebserver. I haven't run in over 6 weeks and I am ok with it. I am overdue but will stay the course. I am weighing myself a lot less so at least that is one area in my life where stress is reduced.

That's great! You stayed under 1000 calories and still got the meat you wanted. I am still dealing with insomnia too.
