Very yummy! Was pleasantly surprised at the salmon burger! Had just enough kick! Saved the watermelon for "dessert."

Looks good, though use smaller portions except the salmon. Make it fresh and non-breaded.

The salmon isn't breaded. I weighed every bit of my food, except for the pickle slice (went by the serving size on the jar) and the total calories was 333. The salmon was 140 of that.

I got them either at Aldi or Ingles. Sorry, purchased these a few weeks ago and they've been in my freezer, so I can't remember exactly, lol. But one of those two places. I'm leaning toward Aldi.
