Steven Anthony's Journal, 18 June 2018

So, my not feeling good went into a full-blown pinched nerve in my neck. I have not been able to use my computer because I had to hold my neck with one hand and keep my head turned to the right. I had severe cramping every few seconds from my neck, my left chest, back and shoulder, and down the arm, ending in a lump in my hand. I'm past the cramping and into recovery stage. I am still mostly on my program, but will start the last 30 days starting today. So, tomorrow's journal entry will start with "day 61 (today) and hopefully I can start to walk again. Have a great day everyone!

Ouch, be sure to eat anti inflammatory foods like turmeric, green tea, and ginger it will help! Maybe even see a chiropractor that does massage too.

Please take care of yourself. If your body is telling you to slow down, then do it. If you ignore it, then you could end up in worse shape. Maybe do some pool exercises/laps. I have several medical issues that prevent me from doing much of anything physical, however I am able to get a good workout in the pool and it also relieves my pain when I swim. Hope you feel better and are back to normal soon.

Talked to a chiropractor about traction? I get a pinched nerve every so often and I use traction at home to alleviate the pressure. Works great! Not to say that I am not still sore but I can treat the problem as soon as I notice and cut out DAYS OF symptoms.

Thank you everyone for your kindness and suggestions. I am feeling better and so glad I found out it is a pinched nerve in my neck, I thought I might be having a heart attack it was so severe. Better now, took anti inflammatories and alternated heat and cold.

ICE-ICE-BABY! 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, whenever you're resting does wonders for that kind of pain, based on my personal experience. Feel better!!
