Why was I so afraid of intermittent fasting??? I know why, I was afraid of being hungry. But never really even allowed my body to get hungry! And even after a few days... I’ve realized... I’m not really as hungry as I think I am!! #Keto #IF
164.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Beautiful. I've heard when you get fat-adapted, that you aren't that hungry. I know it's true for me. I have a butter coffee in the morning (which doesn't know me out of ketosis) and can go until 2 or 3 most days. I wish you luck in your journey.

I am on my 3rd week of keto. I exercise (cardio and resistance training) about 4-5x/wk, monitor my caloric intake, and macros in the range of a keto diet; however, I'm not experiencing the success of most on keto. I'm thinking about incorporating IF. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Intermittent fasting is awesome.if I eat my 🥚 protein for breakfast I can work 6-7 hrs without my stomach growling. 😏 actually i don’t know how long i can handle cause I eat before it growls 😋 💕 it

Good luck on your journey. I kept cheating on IF and had to do extended fasting to make it work for me. But, IF allows you to eat each day and that is a nice thing :)

Same as Rosi19---eating protein early avoids the growling of ghrelin to creep; and I eat before the growling starts. :)

You know its actually a really good mental practice, to deliberately allow yourself to maintain and experience hunger frequently. It helps you manage your appetite and reset your hunger levels.
