Certain things have changed drastically. I like taking photos. I’m proud of the work I’ve done. I love having people tell me that I inspired them to start their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I want others to see that it can be done and that they are worth making the change. I feel happier, healthier and more energetic. I have the energy to play outside with my kids. I have realized how strong I am. Thank you to all the people who supported me throughout this journey that actually started only a year ago, because in 2017 I still pretty much was the girl in the picture on the right. I wish that people would stop holding themselves back from being their best selves, because that’s what I was doing. I was always telling myself that I couldn’t make the change. I had so many excuses. I have kids, I’m too tired I have to do dishes. Whatever the excuse was the problem was that it was my mind holding me back. Once I changed my mindset I was able to accomplish something that I didn’t think was possible. If I can do it anyone can.
