I made it, it’s been 7 days of sugar detoxing. I’m so proud of myself. This weekend I had a household of kids and family. We were celebrating a birthday and remembering those that have fought for our freedom.

Birthday boy want Spaghetti and homemade cheesecake, REALLY!!! The full blown BBQ on Monday. So I am so proud of myself I made zuccodles (zucchini curled) with sauce and 1/2 of a Portobello! Didn’t miss a thing. I didn’t even want the cheese cake. Well done!!

Then Monday I made myself a sm steak and salad. Everyone has ribs. Mac salad and corn. There was chips and salsa, I had artichokes
with some butter and lemon! All in the planning.

that is so awesome! you should be proud of yourself keep it up..you have motivated me too..i also have kids and a hubby that loves to snack and i often find myself using that as an excuse for my eating habit, but you know what u made me realize there is no excuse and those are my choices..thank you.. you might not realize it but u have made me stonger and more determind... again thank you and keep it up👍😉
