Happy birthday to me! out to Mexican style dinner and cake. 152% of my RDA. but I am back on track tomorrow I wonder have much damage I did to my loss quotient. ( that in-definable rate of calorie consumption that doesn't seem to obey any law of science) hope you all have a good have a good diet day, happiness to all! I ordered a fit bit. I will try to walk 20,000 steps a day. I walk around the lab all night so I am very interested to find out how many I do on an average night. I feels like miles.
